Personal Training at FIT VIII the specially
designed FIT VIII Training System in
Use. This will provide structure for your
Training, variety , challenge
and holistic progress was created.

seven other aspects, TRAINING, that chal-
lenges and promotes by the following 8 effects :
- MOBILIZATION (flexibility) - INTEGRATION (coordination) - ACCELERATION (speed) - FACILITATION (power & strength) - STIMULATION (muscle adaptation) - STABILIZATION (stability/balance) - CONTINUATION (endurance) - REGULATION (relaxation)
To get all these training effects under one roof and according to achieve your goals.

A structure is necessary that allows your body to make adjustments to training and continue to perform.For this we work with the wave-shaped Periodization , where a plan for 3-4 weeks of training and either on
volume or intensity (Phase). The following phase is the dedicated to a different modality, whereby the waveform of the intensity In a total of 12 to 16 week long block , the focus is on the promotion of certain physical skills that are developed during checked by popular tests.
