Our striving for improvement, the willing-
ness to continue learning and openness to new things are just some of the characte-
ristics of personal development and growth. Identifying your own resources and acting accordingly is also an important key for personal development. To personalized de-
velopement it may be necessary to con-
front the abyss of one's own being, to ques-
tion oneself, and to break away from estab-
lished behavioral patterns and traits in or-
der to become the person one wants to be. To do this, it is often helpful to become aware of the choice between the easy and the right path, to take responsibility for one's own goals, and to decide accordingly. None of this is easy, but it is absolutely right and important when it comes to leading a more fulfilling life. Everything has its time—the beautiful, the difficult, the relaxing, the challenging, and much more.
Development - GROWTH THROUGH CHALLENGE

Never has life been more convenient, and never have we had more options than today. Entertainment at the touch of a button, high-calorie "food" pre-packaged, means of exercise, and work mostly without physical exertion. However, there have also never been more chronically ill people, mental health problems, diseases and obesity. The answer is simple: We live in a time of abundance of things that are unhealthy or weak, and we lack the chal-
lenges to do so. This behavior leads to the fact that after many previously comfortable and easy situations, an inability arises difficult things in life (which have to do with the result - difficult times without one's own solutions to problems. On the other hand, the physical and mental demands create people who are more resilient, cope more easily with challenges, and have a better quality of life in the long term.

Our bodies and minds are designed to do difficult things, solve problems, and stay active. These circumstances lead to the development and maintenance of a healthy
systems. Under-challenge and too much comfort, on the other hand, lead to stag-
nation and case. Take, for example, a spoi-
led child who has never been independent,
skills and solve problems. This behavior leads to the fact that after many previously comfortable and simple situations, an ina-
bility there are difficult things in life (which are now sometimes belongs to it).

The result - difficult times without one's own solutions to problems. On the other hand, the challenged body and mind pro-
duces people who are more resilient and can cope more easily with challenges and longterm have a better quality of life in the long term. For this reason, it seems almost obligatory to do things in our everyday lives that are difficult, challenging and human: In training, in relationships, or when choosing between elevator and stairs - difficult paths / climbs offer better results / prospects.
So accepting demands is worth it!
Development - PROGRESS > PERFECTION

Voltaire wrote the following in 1764: "The best is the enemy of good." It is usually much healthier, more goal-oriented and more realistic to strive for progress.
instead of perfection. We always want the perfect diet, the desired weight or appearance, or the fitness we desire. In doing so, we ignore the fact that all of these are processes. By accepting the process, by taking a holistic approach and resolving to advance and improve it, we ensure more realistic expectations, create more rewarding circumstances, and build our own motivation. Extremes are rarely, if ever, sustainable. Therefore, we should strive for improvement rather than perfection to achieve results. It is crucial that the process is adapted to our lives, not the other way around.
Development - CONSISTENCY > PROGRESS

I used to want to improve and develop myself at all costs and at all times.
Spoiler alert - This is unrealistic and won't work! To ensure an individually practical, realistic, and thus lasting process, it helps even more to strive for consistency. What habits can I maintain these assumptions and circumstances for almost forever? There are about ten years between the pictures you see here. A decade in which I
constantly, sometimes with setbacks, con-
tinued my process in terms of training, nu-
trition, tools, values, mindset, recovery, de-
velopment and fulfillment are pursued and maintained. The one thing I want to convey to you is that sustained processes produce sustainable results.
